So, it’s that time now, isn’t it? I have to talk a little more about politics. We have less than 2 months until we choose another American president. After this last presidency, George W. Bush, I figure this country would be in line for some policy alterations. I mean, his approval rating hit 29% this last summer meaning he was barely better than Nixon after Watergate. (more…)

According to her birth certificate found that she was actually born as a Male in Idaho and had all of the equipment changed some time later. We can only assume that her beauty queen history was after the complete sex change. Speculative hospital records place the change around her 7th or 8th birthday. Hormonal treatment was unnecessary prior to puberty but was continued to this day. The day she accepted the VP bid, she decided to discontinue her hormone therapy until the election was over.
Ok, this is totally a joke. Sarah Palin is a woman as far as we know. I just wanted to make fun of all the wild speculation that is running rampant on this Vice Presidential candidate.

So, there are two new things that have tickled my fancy in the last couple days. Number 1, the new TV show Fringe, on Fox, co-created by J. J. Abrams. Number two is the book Survivor by Chuck Palahniuk.
J. J. Abrams let me down his year with his over-hype for the movie Cloverfield. Now, the blame does not lie entirely on him. He works his magic and people read way too far into it. I knew this and was not sucked into all of the buzz surrounding the movie (though I did visit the 1-18-08 website on a semi-weekly basis to see what cool new flash tricks they had added). (more…)

So, I will be updating the website today to a new version of WordPress (who am I to think I could stay on 2.3 when we are already at 2.6). I just thought I would comment on a few things. I do not consider myself a political advocate and instead think of myself as a legislative scholar. Well, not exactly. I just like to think about the issues and rarely ever push them. My previous posting on abortion brought, what I consider, a mixed bag of responses. I will be posting a followup in the following days, once I get my mind made up on where I want to go with it. Also, I will be creating another post about homosexual rights in the following weeks as well. Reception on that article will likely be as mixed but I figure there is nothing wrong with throwing some ideas out there. Get some feelings stirring.
In other news, work is going good. I really enjoy it when I can get things straight and actually get assigned a job that I was hired to do. Yay for development! Anyway, I know there are many people who already know about it, but I thought I would share a fun little blog that makes me think how great work is in vast contrast. It is called “Where is Bob, tales of an absintee manager” - go check it out some time. There is vast speculation as to the authenticity of the stories, but I don’t really care. Until next time!
